PLEASE NOTE! Due to the current coronavirus situation, ROYAL MAIL no longer asking the recipient to sign for items delivered on or after Saturday 14 March 2020.

 

LOCAL PICK UP

All orders for local pick up must be collected Monday – Friday  from: 6 Sobrite way, Werrington, Peterborough PE45EQ

We aim to prepare all orders for collection the next working day. But watsapp us on 07517374956 to confirm when the order will be ready for collection.


2. DELIVERY

All delivery costs are payable in £GBP and are subject to change if there are changes by Royal Mail

Orders placed Monday – Friday before 2pm will be processed within 24 hours. All standard orders are dispatched by Royal mail (or another shipping company)  with delivery time 1-3 working days within Uk. We will send an email to confirm your order and you should ensure that the details for delivery are correct including any specific instructions.

Orders will require a signature to acknowledge delivery. The signature of the person accepting delivery at the delivery address will be proof that delivery has been received by you or the person, to whom the order is addressed.

We will provide clients with the Royal Mail tracking number, however, Royal Mail reserves the right to delay parcels and this will be out of our control. Lash Harmony do not guarantee a specific delivery date or time.

We reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe an address isn’t secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Lash Harmony shall have no liability in respect of any delay or failure to deliver a product due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including (without limitation) delay or failure caused by adverse weather, strikes or transport problems.

Lash Harmony does not accept any responsibility for items not collected by recepient and that has been send back to us. Shipping cost will not be refunded.


3. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a contract that is caused by an event outside our control. An event outside our control means any act, event, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control.

If an event outside our control takes place that affects the performance of our obligations under a Contract, We will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you and our obligations under the Contract will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the Event Outside Our Control. Where the Event Outside Our Control affects our delivery of Products to you. We will arrange a new delivery date with you after the Event Outside Our Control is over. You may cancel a Contract affected by an Event Outside Our Control if there is a risk of substantial delay.


4.CANCELLATION

Once an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled as performance on the contract has started. However, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you are a consumer in the UK, you have the right to return or withdraw from a distance selling contract within 14 days from the day after delivery of the order. Orders must be retuned without signs of use and in original packaging. Please refer to ‘RETURNS’ and ‘REFUNDS’ below for information on how to return goods shipped to you and our refund process.

Ownership of products and responsibility for all risk of loss or damage will pass to the client on delivery.

We inspect all products for damage prior to shipping. You should notify us if items are damaged in transit and cannot be used.

Nothing in this Notice limits your statutory rights under UK law, as applicable.


5.RETURNS

If your item is delivered to you broken or faulty you have the right to either an exchange or refund for that item. Please email us at info@www.lashharmony.co.uk as soon as you become aware of any broken or faulty products supplied. You will be expected to have examined any deliveries within 14 working day of receipt.

For any other reason to return products to us, you should contact us by email in the first instance.

You will be held responsible for the returned item(s) until they reach us. For your reference, we suggest that you use a secure delivery method that requires a signature on delivery.


6.REFUNDS

For faulty or broken products, we will inspect the product on return to us and issue a full refund provided the item is returned unopened and without signs of any use (where possible).

For international returns, you should send any unused or unopened faulty or broken items within 14 days of the purchase date, by post to:

Please allow up to 21 days for both UK and International Returns to be processed and any payments refunded. Refunds will be credited to the card used for the original payment.


7.FRAUD

If you suspect that your bank account has been subject to fraud in connection with our website or your order, you should contact us without delay.


8.COMMUNICATIONS

Where possible, we will respond to communications sent to us within 72 hours.

Notices sent by e-mail will be deemed to have been received 72 hours after sending. We can be contacted by email to info@www.lashharmony.co.uk
