Description

Ocean pre-treatment  is intended for eyelash masters – preparation of eyelashes before the procedure.

It increases adhesion to with glue;

removes grease;

does not irritate the eyes;

collagen protects hair from the harmful effects of glue;

can be used instead of “primer”.

To use: Damp a microbrush and apply to the lash roots-area  where you will glue the lashes. Use a different microbrush for each eye
